btmorph

Standalone package to analyze and visualize neuronal morphologies in the SWC format.

NeuroMaC

Set of tools to generate virtual neuronal morphologies (and circuits) according to growth-rules that may be expressed in terms of interactions with the environment. Large assemblies of morphologies can be generated simultaneously while interacting with each other.
